ABSTRACT
This article discusses the ICT literacy of secondary education teachers in Greece. Regardless their specialty, a representable sample 700 in-service from 283 schools throughout Greece, participated our questionnaire survey that was conducted December 2017 until June 2018. The were questioned about familiarity with personal computer and smartphone use, whether they use devices classroom, while also reporting any obstacles face order to implement educational process. data collected enabled us review teachers’ literacy. definition we endorse is one offered by ETS (Educational Testing Service) (2007); “ICT using digital technology, communications tools, and/or networks access, manage, integrate, evaluate, create information function knowledge society”. findings research showed majority Greek are skilled users, embracing implementation teaching interventions, although related policies contradictory.
