The fishing regulatory measures in the Republic of Moldova that have been applied over years natural ecosystems not always effective - either through faulty organization exploitation fish resources, non-compliance with regime, failure to assess state ineffectiveness ameliorative etc., or imperfection normative framework. Regardless causes generate and maintain such a situation, it is certain quality efficient renovations are needed, based on fundamental scientific research. Thus, present work aims approach activity aquatic scientifically argued principles.
