ABSTRACT
This research investigates the interplay between public administration, educational socialization on social media, population literacy awareness, and satisfaction in context of services. The primary objective is understanding how these variables are interconnected their collective impact satisfaction. study employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through structured questionnaires from randomly selected sample. Data analysis involves various statistical techniques using Smart PLS, including regression mediation analysis. findings reveal that administration significantly influences underscoring role government agencies shaping citizen demographic policies. While it was anticipated awareness would mediate relationship media for satisfaction, this mediating effect needed to be supported. However, use found influence indirectly affecting directly. It highlights potential digital platforms enhance engagement. implications substantial.
