ABSTRACT
In the beginning of fourth industrial revolution, competition in acquiring and retaining best talents concert with talents' unfamiliarity what they will face obtain course working at a company are two major problems.It is essential for to make its employees satisfied pleased their jobs.These very satisfaction pleasure hoped serve as key motivating perform contribute company.Numerous research studies have proven positive effect work well-being on job performance, but findings came inconsistencies controversies.This fact has caused reluctance good many companies invest employees' well-being.A survey 509 millennial Indonesian startup digital industry was conducted this research.The results show that employee's had significant, performance.Theoretically, contributed responding literature.It also offer practical contribution individual well human resources department increase executives' confidence making organization-related strategic decisions attain sustainable performance.Finally, we propose number intervention suggestions performance improvement through well-being.
