Surgical interventions with preservation of saphenous vein in the treatment of varicose disease: retrospective evaluation

With the alarming increase in number of ablative interventions treatment varicose disease, application saphenous preserving strategies is current light growing evidence importance vein as a graft. We evaluated clinical case series, which included 194 patients (209 lower limbs) with veins, undergoing surgical preservation. The present article reflects clinical-demographic characteristics and results preoperative imaging investigations, together early outcomes respective types surgery.
