The choice of an occupation is important step in everyone's life. greatest risk that a wrong entails for the person to be forced do job he/she does not enjoy. So careers advice vital prerequisite successful career. Experience shows effective career directly dependent on occupation. performance various tasks during pre-graduation traineeship future nurses will make them feel satisfied with profession they have chosen and act as stimulus practice said profession. Aim: This study aims verify formation improvement professional skills qualities nurses-to-be their traineeship. Material methods: We surveyed opinions trainee nurses, students majoring 'Nursing', well those mentors university hospitals clinics. Results discussion: It positive fact students, most moral correspond values nursing respondents' rate significant qualities, such honesty, integrity, responsibility, responsiveness empathy, can serve grounds forecasts concerning development provided further organized correctly. Conclusion: established are developed improved nurses.
