THE ROLE OF KINESITHERAPY AS PREVENTION AND MOTOR CONTROL OF POSTURAL DISORDERS IN ADOLESCENTS

ABSTRACT
Postural disorders are among the most common musculoskeletal problems of adolescents, which adversely affect their physical and mental development. The purpose study is to conduct a screening for detection postural determine correct approach correction through kinesitherapeutic program improve motor control in case impaired posture imbalance. Material methods: was conducted 2022-2023 Plovdiv, 244 adolescents aged between 7 18 years, 57.8% (n = 141) girls 42.2% 103) boys, were studied. Special tests spinal dysfunctions applied, prophylactic measures neuro-postural remodeling recommended. Statistical methods used illustrate obtained results. Results: An analysis made as result condition muscles, fascia, mobility type dysfunctions. We found increased thoracic kyphosis 32.3%, kyphoscoliosis – 26.2% lumbar lordosis 13.5% examined. A kinesitherapy drawn up approved accordance with findings functional examination. Original rehabilitation algorithms prevention have been promoted, including exercises deformity, depends on local factors subject neuro-humoral regulation. Conclusion: Successful early establishing causes, type, degree severity dysfunction. possible therapeutic approaches at young age overcome deformities activity targeted analyzed.
