ABSTRACT
Decentralized wireless networks with self-configuring nodes that can interact without the need for fixed infrastructure are known as mobile ad hoc networks, or MANETs. Reliable and effective communication is a difficulty traditional routing methods because of node mobility, bandwidth limitations, energy limits. A potential remedy these issues use machine learning (ML) artificial intelligence (AI) into design protocols. MANETs optimize choices, adjust flexibly to shifting network conditions, enhance overall performance in real-time thanks AI-driven techniques. In order improve efficiency, scalability, consumption, this study investigates AI techniques MANETs, including deep learning, reinforcement clustering algorithms. By enabling adaptive resource allocation, predictive traffic management, intelligent path selection, AI-based protocols greatly boost resilience, lower latency, increase throughput. In handle intricate dynamics also looks at hybrid incorporate several philosophies. The addresses difficulties putting practice, such security issues, computing cost, handling extremely dynamic conditions. It emphasizes how might be integrated cutting-edge technologies like edge computing, 5G, Internet Things facilitate creation next-generation overcome current constraints spur innovation concludes by outlining future research topics. The goal help develop more intelligent, effective, self-optimizing bridging gap between
