ABSTRACT
This work was funded by the project "Fortalecimiento en la región de los sistemas de vigilancia en obras hidráulicas, mediante el empleo de las técnicas nucleares para estimar el impacto de sedimentación como riesgo ambiental y social" of the Joint Cooperation Fund (Fondo Conjunto de Cooperación), the result of the Strategic Association Agreement signed between the governments of Mexico and Uruguay in 2009; IAEA: Regional Latin American Technical Cooperation Projects, ARCAL RLA 5076; and applied research project from the Fondo Maria Viñas (FMV_1_2019_1_156244) funded by the National Agency of Research and Innovation (ANII, Uruguay).
This database presents the results of fallout and lithogenic radionuclides, soil redistribution and physiographic attributes of 74 soil samples in the Arbolito and Horno watersheds (Uruguay). Gamma spectrometry measurements were obtained using coaxial P- type HPGe detector (Canberra) available at the Laboratorio de Radioquimica, Centro de Investigaciones Nucleares, Facultad de Ciencias, Universidad de la Republica (Montevideo, Uruguay) . All activities were decay-corrected to January 1, 2018.
