ABSTRACT
Inverted nipple is a pathology that can appear congenital or acquired. It has been related to body discomfort with repercussions on the self-esteem of those who suffer from it, as well as breastfeeding problems in the female sex. We present the case of a 24-year-old female patient with unilateral nipple inversion who underwent a correction surgery with preservation of the lactiferous ducts with good aesthetic and functional results after three months of follow-up. The objective is to describe a technique for preserving the lactiferous ducts through the use of rotating triangular flaps from the dermis Keywords: inverted nipple.
