ABSTRACT
In the present paper, we focus on flow computation of a low head Propeller turbine at wide range design and off-design operating conditions. First, will results efficiency hill chart prediction discuss consequences using non-homologous blade geometries for CFD simulation. The characteristics entire be also investigated compared with experimental data different measurement planes. Two conditions are selected, first one best point second part load condition. At same time, selected points, numerical simulation our standard stage calculation approach which includes only guide vane, runner draft tube geometries.
