ABSTRACT
This study is a Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) of Pakistani and Indian budget speeches. Two specialized corpora, Budget Speeches (PBS) (IBS), from 2009 to 2012 both the countries were compiled. research explored hidden meanings through Parts Speech (POS) which conveyed in These POS limited nouns (singular plural), pronouns, adjectives (general), verbs (present/past/modal). develops insight that declared having multiple behind statement. The concludes government declares some similarities differences with other but declaration fixed phenomenon discourse.
