ABSTRACT
This research is a Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) of Figurative language in Pakistani English Newspapers. A corpus has been compiled from four Newspapers: Dawn, The News, Nation and Express Tribune on the basis best readership across country. To extract figures speech, wordlists comprised various speech work previous researchers. Data analyzed Richardson (2007) model Newspaper evaluation through Analysis. highlights implicit function figurative It explores how used communicating ideas to facilitate readers uncover manipulation its usage.
