ABSTRACT
The existence of mobile banking services is currently experiencing rapid growth. Adopting such a large number users makes one the main needs to meet conducting financial transactions. Therefore, there need for additional information service developers on dominant factors influencing user behavioral intentions. This research present as forum provide an overview user's perspective Mestika bank's service. aims find out what play important role in intention use based UTAUT2 concept. instrument used questionnaire distributed online 240 respondents Medan City and Pematangsiantar City, Indonesia. Next, researcher tested hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) variant called Partial Least Square (PLS) SmartPLS version 3.0 application tool analyze it. concludes that effort expectancy has most significant influence plays very shaping banking. Then performance social hedonic motivation also significantly intentions Furthermore, results this study conclude facilitating conditions habit have no effect
