Research based youth care?!: An equal partnership between youth, their network, professionals, and researchers in youth care.

ABSTRACT
In the interdisciplinary research program VOICe (Voicing youth at social risk) Vrije Universiteit Brussel, we focus on developing collaborative practices with young people ‘at risk’. We share mission to enable and professionals enter a dialogue in an equal investigative manner about what they really find important their daily life context adjust this together if necessary. For past ten years have been education collaboration schools under name ‘Research based School?!' enhance learning well-being of students. would like further explore, adapt, possibly roll out experience model care. This project is idea that quality care stands or falls expertise commitment facility. 
 “Research care?!” sees facility as environment which everyone bears responsibility each other's development. The provision dares come forward community. community enhances growth all involved by challenging them tackle questions partnership.
 embraces providers, researchers, people, network adopt attitude together. use problem-solving strategies exchange knowledge through participation structured activities are paramount project. It youth, network, realizes problem he/she confronted also affects others (colleagues, management, parents, other youth…). By including these different perspectives, supported within entire chance carrying improvement actions greater.
 first step, will build basis for care, bring parties discuss conditions between professionals, researchers. started experts managers sharing experiences professional design workable involve subsequent phases.
 With trajectory, university field join forces aim professionalizing themselves promoting development starting from own practice; relevant facility, provider, network; full partner; practice theory.
