The aim of our study was to determine the efficacy preoperative early arterial Computed tomography angiography (CTA) in donor nephrectomy, assess renal and venous structures kidneys.Seventy living candidates were included this study, who had CTA for assessment their vessels hospital between January 2011 2015. Three multiple Operation totally consistent nephrectomy.Arterial is sufficient evaluation both kidneys, precontrast, late imaging should be preserved only chosen circumstances radiation exposure.
