ABSTRACT
Single coronary artery anomaly represents a particularly rare entity, which may present with variable clinical scenarios, but in most cases remains asymptomatic. It is considered to be one of the pathological states cause sudden death, especially young adults [1]. We hereby report case R-III type single as classified by Lipton et al., only about 15% all anomalies. Coronary CT angiography well invasive coronarography provide accurate details regarding origin, course and termination anomalies, evaluation associated lesions, further guiding optimal treatment strategy each case. Teaching Point: The main teaching point this clearly underline importance obtaining comprehensive anatomy representing important aspects, guide management.
