Monitorando a Comunicação na CV-Muzar com o Uso de Agentes Inteligentes

This article describes a Multiagent System (MAS) proposed to monitor conversations in the chat tool of Muzar Virtual Community (Comunidade do Muzar, CV-Muzar). Thus, conversational markers and their use synchronous environment are being analyzed propose compensation mechanism for identified communication deficits. The MAS has five cooperative agents that real time interfere with interface advice and, if necessary, warn participant.
