The central area P. nov wide reaches valve margin cingulum composed 3 open bands. its coarse striae density, linear, narrow valves, large quadrangular pseudoseptum present at foot pole evidence weakly developed head pole. There 7 cingular bands this species. Comparisons morphologically similar taxa provided.
