ABSTRACT
An adjusted assessment model based on benefit-cost analysis (BCA) is proposed for evaluating the economic efficiency of automated construction technologies. In contrast to conventional BCA, does not compare monetary values, but differences in benefits and costs between traditional methods. To verify usefulness model, it was applied a real-scale building project that used fully system, face validity confirmed. The results indicate can support decision makers identifying valuable benefit factors assessing cost effectiveness system.
