ABSTRACT
Aim: Due to chronic diseases that occur with advancing age, the number of medications used in geriatric individuals increases dramatically. This increment necessitates rational use drugs within a proper program. Reasonable drug can affect individuals' adaptation and their quality life. research was undertaken explore impact on disease life Quality patients heart failure. Materials Method: The involved cohort 322 aged 65 above. Participants completed patient information form, including Rational Drug Use Scale, Chronic Disease Adjustment Elderly Life Scale (CASP-19). Statistical comparisons utilized t-tests, Mann-Whitney U tests, ANOVA while Pearson correlation analysis employed assess associations between scale scores. Significance determined for conditions p-values less than 0.05. Results: study revealed notable patients' levels (r=0.226; p0.05). However, only group polypharmacy total score physical sub-dimension ACIS significantly lower (p=0.011).
