ABSTRACT
Bisphosphonate–induced maxillary osteonecrosis represents a pathology of the oral cavity characterized by presence ulcerations, exposure necrotic bone tissue and secondary complications. Purpose: to evaluate effectiveness preventive measures treatment plan bisphosphonate–induced in patients with osteoporosis. Material methods: In study there are 3 female — DE 65, LV 85 VM 73 years age respectively, whom bisphosphonates were administered, two them orally one intravenously. The following investigations performed: clinical, radiological examination (OPG CBCT), osteodensitometry beta–cross–laps marker analysis, rheumatologist consultation. Results: Examination was performed 2 cases, follow up for 1 year on average. respectively: DE–0.26 ng/mL, LV–0.22 VM–0.24 ng/ mL. Radiological revealed signs sinusitis, irregular margins, increased porosity clinical case fragment detachment. Medicinal surgical carried out issues cavity. Conclusion: Early detection osteonecrosis, as well interdisciplinary collaboration physician rheumatologist, results decrease occurrence
