ABSTRACT
� This is a report of 2 cases that showed dissociation the acetabular cup liner by fixation screw among patients who underwent total hip replacement. Screws for were used during primary surgery in both cases. Each patient visited out department complaining pain and noise from joint; radiologic finding revealed collapse column shape bone graft area with liner. In cases, revision surgery, was extruded to inner side cup, since it migrated superiorly. There has been no extrusion after Therefore, we two arthroplasty, which occurred due issues replacement structural autogenous graft.
