ABSTRACT
Drought stress is one of the most important abiotic stresses, which greatly influences photosynthesis plants. The present study aimed to determine effects drought chlorophyll fluorescence parameters on tomato seedlings. In this paper, seedlings were treated for 3, 6, 12 or 24 h by polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG 6000) simulate stress. characteristics leaves and analyzed IMAGING-PAM modulated in order provide theoretical basis cultivation breeding. results showed that 1) FM value after treatment was significantly lower than without about declined 9.7%. 2) Y (II) initially increased slightly then decline eventually leveling off trend with increasing time. 3) ETR under control check, especially when time up 6 hours, drops sharply, slightly. 4) qP decreased from 0.646 0.4013 stress, reflects ability oxidation QA weakened, namely electron transfer activity PS II decreased. 5) 15% PEG simulated induced qN significantly.
