ABSTRACT
The C function gene in the classic ABC model is important factor that determines stamen and pistil organs floral axis, also regulatory of meristem termination differentiation. A 901 bp cDNA sequence was cloned from flower bud Camellia japonica , named CjPLE (MF278983), which contained an opening reading frame 780 bp. “Genome Walking” experiment showed it two introns. Through phylogenetic analysis, we found formed a PLE subclass with TAG1 Solanum lycopersicum Antirrhinum majus . results real-time PCR had high expression carpel wild In peony type double-flower varieties ‘Hongluzhen’ ‘Zhuangyuanhong’, highest stamens, while ‘Rongqiu’, inner petals stamens were both high. above indicate homologous branch belongs to might play role regulating development organs.
