PHOTO CREDIT: Anima visual This paper discusses the development of a systemic family clinic in Paediatric Health Psychology setting. Appreciative Inquiry (AI) was used and to consider future plans. Reviewing year on from AI session we identified benefits embedding work training strategy within department. enabled by willingness lean into uncertainty, clear boundaries, structure protected time. also helped us look towards growth future. We reflect process offer some key learning points that hope will inspire others their own service development.
