Exploring the impact of airport physical environment on passenger emotion and travel intention

This study aims to explore the impact of various dimensions physical environment at airports, such as facility functionality, aesthetics, layout accessibility, and cleanliness, on passenger emotions their travel intentions. Design/Methodology/Approach: The was conducted Haluoleo Airport in Kendari, Indonesia, involving 144 passengers who had used airline services more than twice. survey between March May 2024 with approval from airport authorities. analysis performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS software. findings show that significantly affects emotions, which, turn, impacts research highlights importance improvements cleanliness enhance experience, ultimately improving satisfaction loyalty airport. Practical implications this emphasize management maintaining enhancing these factors create a enjoyable experience for passengers, which will positively loyalty.
