ABSTRACT
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the method using coraco-clavicular (C-C) sling with modified Phemister operation by postoperative clinical results, radiologic analysis and complications. Materials Methods: 33 patients acromioclavicular joint dislocation were included in study. Thirteen treated simple C-C twenty operation. assesment radiological evaluation performed final results examined Weitzman's classification. Results: In result group, forward elevation <TEX>$161^{\circ}$</TEX>, external rotation <TEX>$70^{\circ}$</TEX>, internal T8 level, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) 83.3 points checked. <TEX>$155^{\circ}$</TEX>, <TEX>$67^{\circ}$</TEX>, T6 VAS 83.8 coracoclavicular distance pre-operation 12.82 mm last follow up 8.37 12.8 7.7 functional Weitzman criteria, group had excellent 8, good 1, fair 1 13, 4, 3. Conclusion: would be better than Modified because short time smaller skin incision.
