The rotary motion of the bit caused by lateral force imbalance leads to premature failure bit, mainly because side cutter makes contact with rock and participates in breaking rock. rotating causes form an irregular spiral bottom hole.A lot research experiments have been done eliminate cyclotron phenomenon. However, whether it is conventional PDC or special-shaped single experiment simulation laboratory experiment, based on way replacing circular cutting linear scraping, almost does not consider radial scraping under motion, which still different from actual working state bit. Therefore, order further understand characteristics necessary carry out a study considering combined circumferential motion.
