ABSTRACT
With the development of globalization, more and women entrepreneurs are standing out in Chinese agricultural service industry. Their leadership is related firmly to their leadership. This paper provides evaluation influence gender inequalities education on entrepreneurship selected agriculture empirically. Six with different educational backgrounds from industry were investigated separately. The findings this study show three main important facts. First, six have attended advanced after working. These courses provided great help entrepreneurship. Second, practice unique female when they manage company. Third, them had difficulties early at an age because family factors. Two feel that make a choice, individual choice needs must be second place duties. One dropped primary school her poor, chance was brothers. From very young age, girls treated unequal share opportunities between boys girls, being reported keep balance domestic work within suburban China. Overall, suggest higher get, stronger have.
