ABSTRACT
To investigate the carbon peak scenario and corresponding time in China, this paper firstly employed grey correlation test to determine factors influencing emissions; Secondly, PSO-BPNN neural network combined with analysis was used construct a unique model of China's Results revealed that: actual amount foreign capital utilized, diesel consumption urbanization rate are three most influential on emissions. The "double carbon" goals have long way go achieving ahead schedule requires accelerating low-carbon energy transition actively optimizing upgrading industries but also relies technological innovation promotion advanced technologies.
