ANALYSIS OF FARMERS' INSURANCE LITERACY IN ACEH BESAR DISTRICT, ACEH PROVINCE

Insurance literacy plays a crucial role in expanding farmers' access to insurance. Lack of understanding insurance products and inability process information prevent farmers from making the right decisions, which leads low levels participation. This study aims analyze level knowledge, attitudes, behavior towards examine factors that influence literacy. Data were collected directly 94 farmer households four sub-districts Aceh Besar Regency. measured using questionnaire then conducted regression analysis ordinary least squares (OLS) method on variables suspected influencing The results this indicate is sufficient literate. Variables such as gender, age, education level, main occupation significantly affect average scores practices 42.23, 71.36, 46.28, respectively. Education has significant impact knowledge suggests government other stakeholders can carry out promotional activities, socialization training periodically increase awareness.
