The longitudinal outcomes non-Western countries, such as Turkey, prognostic differences between ADHD+Oppositional Defiant (ODD) ADHD+Conduct (CD) cases require further exploration. Six years after an initial study 18 months conducted 2000 2002, we sought evaluate 120 comorbid ODD or CD.Methods: original sample included + ODD/CD children, followed for during 2000–2002. We evaluated last-known psychiatric status, academic achievement, substance use, social functionality 60 who were interviewed six earlier. treatment duration was divided three groups: less than 15 months, 15–45 greater 45 months. Results: In study, found that both combined (parent training stimulant treatment) only effective reducing ADHD, ODD, CD symptoms. be many areas, including success (p<0.001), grade retention (p=0.026), expulsion suspension school (p=0.009), rate accidents broken bones requiring reduction (p=0.001), cigarette smoking (p=0.018).Conclusions: symptoms are associated impairments multiple functional domains, is Turkish domains. There a statistically significant difference groups created according duration.
