ABSTRACT
Remitting Seronegative Symmetrical Synovitis with Pitting Edema is a rare clinical entity described as an acute onset polyarthritis edema affecting geriatric population particularly males. The etiopathogenesis of disease still elusive but clinical, radiological and immunological characteristics separate it from the more common like Rheumatoid arthritis Polymyalgia rheumatica. Disease has excellent prognosis low dose steroids patients undergo long-term remission even after withdrawal drugs. We hereby describe case 90 year old female presented to us pitting hands that we diagnosed RS3PE.
