ABSTRACT
Objective: This study intended to figure out the effects of fixed and genes such as beta-lactoglobulin (β-LG), prolactin (PRL), annexin A9 (ANXA9), acetyl-CoA acyltransferase 2 (ACAA2) on structure fatty milk acids in Awassi ewes, well any potential genotype-genotype interactions. Materials Methods: Fatty acid (FA) profile other components were examined from 116 ewes total. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used extract genotype their DNA, either sequencing or restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis came next. Results: Saturated, medium-chain, long-chain FA proportions not significantly impacted by genotypes β-LG, PRL, ANXA9, ACAA2. Conversely, with β-LG AA displayed higher levels monounsaturated (MUFAs), while AB linked highest polyunsaturated (PUFAs). It has been demonstrated that PUFA are single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) VLCFA changed SNPs The PRL showed greatest influence VLCFA. Furthermore, exhibited MUFA due interac¬tion between PRL. interaction PRL-ANXA9 Additionally, Dam lambing weight affected MUFA, MCFA, acids. Conclusion: To increase constituents, selection program should effectively harness integrate synergistic benefits ACAA2 interaction.
