ABSTRACT
Sacroiliac joint pain is a symptom that can affect the life activities of patients in daily life. Invasive methods also occupy an important place treatment this symptom. Our study evaluated follow-up results injected with Platelet-rich plasma and steroids due to sacroiliac pain. Patient files between years 2018-2022 were retrospectively. Patients who underwent ultrasound-guided injection platelet-rich divided into 2 groups. VAS The Modified Oswestry Disability Questionnaire scores at 1, 3, 6 months. Eighty-seven included study. It was understood both groups benefited after (p<0.001). In 1st month follow-up, it concluded patient group received significantly better 3rd month, (p=0.695) (p=0.215) similar 6th group's steroid injections are safe for Steroid short term long more effective.
