ABSTRACT
Expatriation and relocation into a new cultural context constitute psychological journey marked by exposure to potentially traumatic events, the abandonment of homeland effort seeking safety beginning at all levels.The aim this study was investigate Professional Quality Life in Greek health professionals working with refugees migrants.The Scale (ProQOL V) demographic work-related characteristics questionnaire were distributed 90 migrants refugees.25.6% participants reported high CF risk while 75.7% expressed moderate potential for CS. Awareness factors associated may help prevent or offset development condition.A compassionate organizational culture, clinical supervision on-going education protect from absorbing internalizing unmanageable emotions which lead compassion fatigue also them gain deeper understanding their communication interactions during emotionally laden moments trauma care.
