ABSTRACT
Background: Fertility is determined by sperm motility, kinematics, and morphology. Motility the most commonly used metric worldwide, aside from movement score semen concentration, one of quality indicators included in Indonesian national standard (SNI 4869.1-2017) for frozen quality. Aim: This study aimed to determine effect storage 33, 30, 27, 24 years on morphology frozen-thawed FH bull. Methods: Samples were collected bull with five straws each period. Evaluation was computer-assisted analysis (CASA) IVOS® II analyzer. Each sample measured fields, observation motility (%), progressivity concentration (million spermatozoa/mL), kinematics parameters consist amplitude lateral head displacement (ALH, µm), curvilinear velocity (VCL, µm/s), straight-line (VSL, average path (VAP, linearity (LIN=VSL/VCL, %), wobble (WOB=VAP/VCL, %) straightness (STR=VSL/VAP, %). Results: Based statistical observation, result research not significantly different (p > 0.05) among static, morphological stored 24, 30 33 years. Moreover, >40%, meeting bovine standards. Conclusion: It could be concluded that did differ fulfilled standards artificial insemination.
