ABSTRACT
There is a general agreement that the decision-maker’s affect critical prerequisite for organizational success (Fenton-O’Creevy, 2011). This particularly relevant entrepreneurial decision-making (Baucus, Baucus & Mitchell, 2015). Moreover, an extensive body of research indicates exerts strong influence on cognition (Baron, 2008), especially (Mitchell et al., 2007). However, comprehensive understanding relationship between and decision- making process still lacking in literature (Cureu, 2010). study departs from importance entrepreneurs’ explores links positive negative to effectiveness. The conceptual model attempts link three main blocks are decision making: affective state influencing making, underlying itself, outcome making. In so doing, it aims contribute studies, by adding new theoretical insights capturing complexity inherently involved decision-making.
