ABSTRACT
We propose a novel blood biomarker detection method that uses miRNA super-resolution imaging to enable the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Here, we report singlemolecule for visualizing disease-specific in tissue from an AD mice model, and peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMCs) patients. Using optimized Magnified Analysis Proteome (MAPs), confirmed five miRNAs contribute neurodegenerative brain hippocampi 5XFAD wild-type mice. also assessed PBMCs isolated whole patients healthy control group, subsequently analyzed those samples using imaging. detected more miR-200a-3p expression cornu ammonis 1 dentate gyrus regions 3 month-old than Additionally, provides platform studying regulation inside at single molecule level. Our results present potential liquid biopsy could improve stage other diseases. [BMB Reports 2023; 56(3): 190-195].
