ABSTRACT
We present a case of Ewing’s sarcoma and primitive neuroectodermal tumour (PNET) the prostate. A 29-year-old male presented with difficult defecation anus distention; on magnetic resonance imaging scan pelvis, we found prostate tumour. transrectal ultrasound-guided needle biopsy confirmed diagnosis. The patient underwent cystoprostatectomy replacement ileocystoplasty was followed by multi-agent chemotherapy. PNET/ is extremely rare. prognosis very poor, so should pay enough attention to differential diagnosis treatment.
