ABSTRACT
This work involved comparing Raman signals obtained from two different spectroscopy configurations, using distinct noise reduction methods. The excitation light source was a laser diode with wavelength of 532 nm. A long-pass filter and focusing lens were utilized to block the excited concentrate due their weaker nature compared signals. Light nm blocked during green illumination filter. Two configurations studied: transmission (TRS) reflection (RRS). both compared, boxcar averaging Vancouver algorithm (VRA) methods investigated compared. results showed that configuration higher than those configuration, effectively reduced VRA
