The onset can be acute or non-acute and the severity ranges widely from asymptomatic accidental radiographic findings to severe organ This case control analytic prospective study was conducted at Chest Clinic, Al Zahraa hospital, assess diagnostic value serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R), cluster differentiation 4 (CD4)/CD8 ratio CD103 in sarcoidosis. We investigated sIL-2R using ELISA blood CD103, CD4/CD8 flow cytometry for 30 cases different stages persons detect their use as marker diagnosis. found significant increase group compared (p˂0.0001), while there decrease CD103/CD4 (p <0.001). In conclusion, used markers
