ABSTRACT
Abstract: The present experiment was conducted to describe the effects on histology (experiment 1) and nutrient digestibility 2) of rainbow trout fed with diet containing O. onites oil. Diets were prepared supplemented in different concentrate (0, 0.125, 1.5, 2.5, 3.0 ml kg-1) A total 1050 (body weight 26.05 ± 0.15 g) randomly stocked into 15 tanks. experiments done triplicate. In 1, during 90 day for analysis. Five fish samples from per tank taken at end experiment. Liver kidney histopathology control showed a normal histological architect without indication any deformity. Slightly necrosis or degeneration observed liver high level oil diets. 2, study 2 week following Nutrient determined using 0.5 % Cr2O3 as an indicator diet. Feces collected by siphon bottom tanks week. experiment, dry matter, protein lipid did not affect Keywords: Origanum onites, Rainbow trout, digestibility, Oregano, Histology.
