ABSTRACT
Introduction: The new discovery of the active substance in Sargassum sp marks era for drug industry as it is very effective migraine medication compared to analgesics which have already been popular previously treating migraine. By using silico methods, this study intended identify preventive effect within stage pain and inflammation development In pathophysiology, clinical findings would build verify role CGRP TNF-α. Methods: This research applied a one-shot experimental by employing potential test through PubChem (https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/), result proved that tannins, terpenoids fucoidone were contained leading possession treat Results: Terpenoids tannin binding affinity value higher than other substances. fucoidon had similar amino acid residues with controls. Seaweed metabolites great inhibitors TNF-α because score close control. Conclusion: has an inhibitory on occurrence based studies.
