ABSTRACT
This study examined the teachers' perceptions on implementation of mobile learning via phone at schools. The sample for this comprised thirty eight teachers who were teaching Information Technology (IT) subjects from various primary schools in Penang, Malaysia. A quantitative survey was administered to respondents whereby results indicated that adoption not perceived well among respondents. Moreover, also quite skeptical about future should it be implemented their article concludes with emerging concerns which may have implications studies, specifically whether or can effectively adopted as and tools Malaysian mainstream schooling.
