ABSTRACT
<p>This paper is an attempt to develop a new way sell products or services for retailers within town centres. An analysis of the literature revealed that use Internet and digital commerce strategies are rarely used as tools revitalize urban retail multidimensional experience place. Thus, this aims highlight which modes online commerce—e-commerce, s-commerce m-commerce—are more suitable than others help centre place where they work. The research questions follows: 1) What origins growth development forms selling? 2) How might integrate selling with traditional retailing? In answering previously stated questions, provides proposed model that, by combining physical virtual means services, can provide specific strengths in revitalizing centres.</p>
