ABSTRACT
Blood is a scarce resource critical to the management of variety life-threatening medical conditions. It can also be medium for transmission infections, including HIV. Monitoring quality and quantity available blood, essential utilizing it as effectively possible, has been challenge in many developing countries. This paper describes design implementation web-based tool monitor collection, screening distribution blood project was conducted under auspices US President's Emergency Plan AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), which funds safety projects 14 countries Africa Caribbean. We report results from usability study, formulate relevant principles discuss prospects long-term sustainability.
