ABSTRACT
Access for students with disabilities in universities is insufficient to guarantee their inclusion. There a need implement Universal Design Learning facilitate the participation and learning of these students. However, its application university still challenge and, therefore, work support services essential. This paper explores what know about this paradigm how they promote it university. From qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were carried out 14 Spanish analyzed employing content analysis. The results show that most them have ideas UDL but do not put principles into practice. In addition, there resistance among faculty introduce improvements from due lack knowledge or overload. conclusion, growing interest applying paradigm. necessary change culture disability articulate policies so becomes something shared by all.
