ABSTRACT
Abstract Many countries shut their borders, imposed nationwide lockdown, and restricted several anthropogenic activities to arrest the spread of COVID-19. In present study, concentration air pollutants(PM 10 , PM 2.5 NO 2 NH 3 SO CO O ) during different phases lockdown from monitoring stations Patna was analyzed assess effect restriction on quality. Reduction in observed by 59.79%, 58.2%, 49.49%, 39.57% 24.04%, respectively period. National Air Quality Index(NAQI) value year 2020 had been lower 57.88% compared 2019, same A more significant fall pollutants early phase post-lockdown late stages post-lockdown. The study reflects significance improving quality provides clues for future action plans
